This episode is about race and racism in the professional and personal spheres. We share personal experiences, talk about why this conversation is important, and give resources for educating ourselves and increasing awareness of our own personal bias.
We all have a responsibility in tackling racism, and we wanted to use our platform as a model for the necessary conversations that should be happening at dinner tables and boardrooms.
